Subscriber FAQs

Who is entitled to receive the Anglican Journal?

All financial contributors to the Anglican Church of Canada are entitled to receive the Anglican Journal and the diocesan newspaper that serves their parish.

How do I add my name to the subscription list?

If you are attending and contributing to an Anglican church in Canada, just complete this form or send an email to [email protected] and we will add a subscription in your name.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can update your subscription at your subscription profile page or you can email the Anglican Journal circulation department and provide your subscription number and new address. If you don’t have your subscription number, please provide your old and new addresses so that we can update your subscription. Changes take effect roughly five weeks after they are submitted, because mailing labels are printed well in advance. As such, it may take 1-2 issues for changes to take effect.

Where can I find my subscription number?

Your subscription number can be found on all issues of the Anglican Journal above your name on your mailing label. It is the four- to six-digit number listed after “ID#.”

What can I do about missed or damaged issues?

Contact us and we will send you a replacement copy. (Please note that the Anglican Journal publishes print issues ten times per year, with no issues in July or August.)
