The fourth national event of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC), held in Prairieland Park, Saskatoon, was not just about the survivors. It was also about their children and grandchildren, said TRC Commissioner Mr. Justice Murray Sinclair.
Wearing his trademark cowboy hat, Terrance Assiniboine appeared at the recent survivors' hearings of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) hearings in Saskatoon to tell the audience how he came to be the man he is today.

Mr. Justice Murray Sinclair opened the fourth national event of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in Prairieland Park, Saskatoon, by thanking the leaders of Treaty 6 for inviting the commission into their lands He also thanked all those, from survivors to commissioners and organizers, who have participated in the TRC's work to date.
