Who is entitled to receive Anglican Journal?

All financial contributors to the Anglican Church of Canada are entitled to receive Anglican Journal and the diocesan newspaper that serves their parish. Every parish in Canada has a subscription list of names and addresses of parishioners who qualify to receive the newspapers. This list is updated at least once a year.

How is my diocesan newspaper distributed?

There are 23 diocesan newspapers that cover 28 dioceses across Canada. Each diocesan newspaper is delivered as an insert to Anglican Journal.

How can my name be added to the subscription list?

If you are attending and contributing to an Anglican church in Canada, your name will be added to your parish subscription listing. Just fill in the form at the link provided above or send us a message and we will add a new subscription in your name. Your first issue should arrive approximately four to six weeks after we receive your order. If you have waited more than six weeks, please contact us.

What can I do about missed or damaged issues?

Contact us and we will send you a replacement copy by first class mail. Remember that Anglican Journal publishes ten times per year, with no issues in July or August.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can use the online form or contact Anglican Journal and provide your account number and new address. If you don’t have your account number, please provide your old and new addresses so that we can update your subscription. Our labels are prepared well in advance, so the best time to change your address is when you have just received a new issue. Otherwise, it may take a few weeks for your address change to take effect.

I don’t want my name and address made available to other organizations. How can I make sure this doesn’t happen?

In select dioceses, we occasionally make our subscription lists available to let you know about a product or service that might interest you. The dioceses affected include the Arctic, Athabasca, British Columbia, Caledonia, Edmonton, Montreal, Moosonee, Parishes of the Central Interior, Quebec, Qu’Appelle and Saskatchewan. If you belong to one of these dioceses and do not wish to receive this material, please check the box on the subscription page or send us a note. In addition, each issue of Anglican Journal includes a notice explaining this information below the change of address form.

How can I find my subscription account number?

Your subscription identification number can be found on all issues of the Anglican Journal above your name on your mailing label. It is the four- to six-digit number listed after “ID#.”
