Submissions must comply with the following guidelines:

PHOTOS:

• Photograph must be in focus and must be nicely composed. Avoid posed photographs.
• It must be taken with a digital camera and must be in JPEG format (minimum resolution is 640 x 400 pixels at 72 dpi).
• It should be a new or relatively new photo (not more than two months old).
• It must be your own original, unaltered work. Do not submit someone else’s photograph as your own.
• If the photograph was taken at a private event, you must secure the permission of anyone in the photograph before submitting it.
• Please limit your submission to five photographs.

WORDS

• Each photo must have a caption that brings the captured image to life.
• Each photo must contain accurate and complete information – when the photo was taken, where it was taken (event and place) and when applicable, the names of people (left to right).

SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTO

• Please e-mail your photo(s) to tsison@national.anglican.ca
• When submitting a photo, please include your name, home number, and cell phone number.
• Please state which theme your photograph depicts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You agree to grant the Anglican Journal a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in print, electronic or other media. You retain copyright to the photograph and we will publish your name with it. The Anglican Journal does not guarantee that your photograph will be used and reserves the right to edit your captions.
