Seeker embarks on mission trip to Kenya
Jul 3, 2007

Henrieta Paukov, who describes herself as “a writer and seeker” from the diocese of Toronto, will be going on a mission trip to Kenya in July.

Ms. Paukov will travel with more than 90 Christians, including Anglicans from Toronto, and will be sharing stories about the trip in her blog (Web diary). Her entries can be read at www.generation.anglican.ca, a Web site for young, Canadian Anglicans. “We’ll get to talk to so many Kenyans who are right on the front lines, working to improve the lives of others – people from the Church Mission Society and the Church Army; Pastor Luke, who runs the Sheep Care Academy in a Nairobi slum; a representative of Hope House, an orphanage where some of our nurses will be helping out,” Ms. Paukov wrote in one blog entry.

Ms. Paukov has worked for the Toronto diocese since 2004, as a columnist and writer for the diocesan newspaper, The Anglican.
