Featured letter: Memories and keepsakes of Sunday Bible Schools past
May 1, 2008

Dear editor,
Re: Modern day Sunday School is Wired (March Anglican Journal) It is nice to know that children can now get their Sunday School lessons on the Internet.

It has been more than 50 years ago since I got my lessons from Sunday School by Post. There was a Bible story for each week and then questions to answer. We then mailed the answers to be corrected.

I still have my Bible from the Sunday School by Post, and inside it says: Sunday School by Post, diocese of Saskatchewan. Awarded to Marjorie Lindsay for good and faithful work 1955-1956.

I hope the modern day Sunday School lasts for a long time.
