Bishop Richard Harries, the bishop of Oxford, posed with a rifle as part of a new campaign in Great Britain against the arms race. He appeared on the cover of January's Amnesty International magazine. He is spearheading the joint Oxfam/Amnesty campaign with actor Helen Mirren and broadcaster Tony Robinson to ensure that the U.K. law on arms exports will protect human rights in crisis zones around the world.
