The Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF) will launch a traveling photo exhibit entitled Facing AIDS, Facing Reality during the XVI International AIDS Conference taking place in Toronto Aug.13-18.

Facing AIDS, Facing Reality aims to go beyond statistics by bringing the faces of AIDS to reality and linking personal stories with a global perspective through photography.

The project is a joint effort of the Communications and Information Resources department of the Anglican Church of Canada and PWRDF.

After its official launch in August, the exhibition will be available to travel throughout the 30 dioceses of the Anglican Church of Canada and will end its journey in 2007 at the General Synod in Winnipeg.

Dioceses and parishes who wish to receive the exhibit at their events should contact Yvonne Lane at PWRDF: 416-924-9199 ext. 316 (ylane@national.anglican.ca).
