Scratch for truth
Jun 1, 2006
Contributed

Rev. Bryony Morrison, from Epping, scratches the first of 250,000 cards scheduled for distribution to all United Kingdom cinemas in May. Part of a nationwide campaign by U.K. churches in response to the The Da Vinci Code film, the “scratch-for-truth” project aims to introduce people to the “real Jesus.” The cards feature 10 controversial claims made in Dan Brown’s novel about the Christian faith, to discover if they are fact or fiction. The Christian Enquiry Agency previously held similar postcard campaigns in cinemas for The Passion of the Christ and The Chronicles of Narnia.
